Jay-Z Opens Up About His Affairs
Jay Z recently did an interview with David Letterman and opened up about him almost breaking his family apart by cheating on his wife Beyonce.
He speaks on his song “Song Cry” he recorded in 2001. He claims it came a way for him to express himself and be more open if it meant keeping his family together.
“The idea of I will never, can’t see it coming down my eyes, but I’ve gotta make the song cry, is my way of saying I want to cry, I want to be open, I want to have the emotional tools that it takes to keep a family together.”
“Much like you,” he says to Letterman who was involved in a cheating scandal himself, “We did the hard work of going to therapy, and we really love each other so, we put in the work, and for the years.
That song was recorded 17 yrs ago…wondering did he cheat way back then and stopped or did he continue to cheating til now?
Many people work things out after infidelity and develop a stronger union which seems like what has happened in this case.
Do you think you can forgive your spouse after infidelity and work things out?

If we were married I’m not sure I could forgive him, but I’m fairly confident that I’d at least try and go to therapy and rebuild trust. Can’t guarantee I would be able to let it go in the end. If we’re not married, that’s the end of the relationship.
